These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the croyale platform, including all games, services, bonuses, payment facilities, and any content made available through croyale.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wager.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by croyale:
2.1 By accessing croyale.club, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the croyale platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the croyale Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting croyale support.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and croyale. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as set out in Section 15.
2.4 croyale reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including when material amendments are made. Failure to re-confirm may result in suspension of Account access until confirmation is received.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming on croyale is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and by the terms of croyale's PAGCOR licensing. Persons under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account or participating in any real-money wagering activity on the Platform.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the croyale platform. croyale does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Exclusion List. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or gambling exclusion register at the time of registration or during the operation of your Account. Providing false information to circumvent exclusion restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
3.4 Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to engage in real-money gaming.
3.5 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered croyale Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — will be considered duplicates. croyale reserves the right to close all but one Account and to void any balances or winnings accrued across duplicate Accounts.
4.1 To participate in real-money gaming on croyale, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, and an active Philippine mobile number.
4.2 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. croyale shall not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 croyale reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, croyale will require you to complete the KYC process by submitting copies of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and, where applicable, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold or their Accounts suspended.
4.5 You acknowledge that croyale may share your registration and KYC information with PAGCOR and other competent Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 All wagers, transactions, and communications conducted through your Account are deemed to have been made by you. croyale shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
5.3 You agree to notify croyale immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach by contacting support via live chat or by email at the address published on the croyale website.
5.4 croyale employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all login and transaction traffic. However, croyale cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception by unauthorized third parties outside of croyale's direct control, provided croyale has implemented industry-standard security measures.
5.5 croyale reserves the right to lock an Account temporarily if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, unusual transaction patterns, or suspected identity fraud. croyale will notify you of any such lock and provide a process for Account reinstatement where the activity is determined to be legitimate.
6.1 croyale accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payments page, which may include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
6.2 Deposits are credited to your croyale Account balance in Philippine Peso (₱). croyale does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name; any such deposits may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
6.3 croyale does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which croyale bears no responsibility.
6.4 Deposits made using e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to appear, depending on the issuing bank's processing times. croyale is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.5 You confirm that all funds deposited to your croyale Account are legally obtained and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose. croyale reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by applicable law.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for amounts up to your available real-money Account balance. Bonus Funds and wagering-incomplete bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, croyale will contact you to arrange an alternative disbursement method.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. croyale does not impose maximum daily or monthly withdrawal limits on standard verified Accounts, though individual payment method limits may apply.
7.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts to GCash or Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times for first-time withdrawals may be longer while KYC verification is completed.
7.5 croyale reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation. A withdrawal request will be placed on hold pending resolution of any open dispute, investigation, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Account.
7.6 croyale does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
8.1 croyale may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly before you claim any bonus.
8.3 croyale reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions where required by regulatory guidance or operational necessity, with reasonable notice provided where feasible.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through multiple Accounts, collusion, use of automated systems, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms — will have their Account suspended immediately. All associated bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and in some cases real-money balances may be forfeited at croyale's discretion.
8.5 Bonuses and promotions are offered to Philippine-resident players only and are not transferable between Accounts.
9.1 All games available on the croyale platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or information panel. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.
9.2 croyale's games are powered by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical accuracy. croyale does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — croyale will endeavour to restore the session to its last verifiable state. Where this is not possible, any wager placed during the malfunctioning session will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. croyale's determination of the correct resolution of any malfunction dispute is final.
9.4 croyale reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any game, game category, or live table at any time, including for scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory compliance requirements, with minimal advance notice where operationally necessary.
9.5 Bets placed after the official closure of a betting market — including sports events, live games, or timed promotional rounds — will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm that a market is open before placing a wager.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the croyale platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all balances, referral to PAGCOR, and/or reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
11.1 All content on the croyale platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphic design, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to croyale and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the croyale platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
11.3 Any unauthorized use of croyale's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 croyale is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The croyale platform includes the following player protection tools, all accessible from your Account settings without requiring approval:
12.2 croyale reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to rapidly escalating deposit amounts or loss-chasing patterns, even where the Player has not voluntarily requested such restrictions.

12.4 Gambling involves real financial risk. Please play responsibly and within your means.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, croyale's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with the croyale platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their croyale Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 croyale is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.
13.3 croyale shall not be liable for any service interruption, game unavailability, or data loss attributable to Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits croyale's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Termination by You. You may close your croyale Account at any time by contacting croyale support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following a final KYC review, typically within five (5) to fourteen (14) business days.
14.2 Termination by croyale. croyale reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or as directed by PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
14.3 Where croyale closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. croyale will advise you of the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.4 Winnings generated through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a platform error, or breach of these Terms are not considered legitimate winnings and will not be paid out under any circumstances.
15.1 croyale reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for regulatory compliance, security reasons, or legal necessity.
15.2 Your continued use of the croyale platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
15.3 The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible on the croyale website. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), Republic Act No. 9487, and applicable data privacy and anti-money laundering legislation.
16.2 croyale operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with croyale may be escalated to PAGCOR through its prescribed player complaint procedures.
16.3 In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact croyale support in good faith and allow croyale a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to attempt to resolve the matter before initiating any formal proceedings.
16.4 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, to the extent not otherwise resolved by PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
16.5 These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
